How do credits work?
Every render uses credits. The cost depends on the mode, the resolution and the length of your source clip, and the Generate button shows it before you start. A 5-second Motion Transfer video at 720p costs 80 credits.
Which credit pack should I choose?
Choose 100 credits for $9.90, 360 credits for $29.90, or 900 credits for $69.90. Compared with the 100-credit pack, the larger packs save about 16% and 22% per credit.
Do credits expire?
Credits from packs and the sign-up bonus never expire.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. Add a credit pack whenever you run low, and the pack credits never expire.
What happens to my credits if a render fails?
They go back to your balance automatically, including when a video model refuses an input.
Can I get a refund?
Credits already used for completed videos aren't refundable. For any other billing issue, email support@genjutsuai.com and we'll review your request.
Can I use my videos commercially?
Yes. All credit packs include commercial use, and we don't claim ownership of the videos you generate. You need the rights to the footage and reference images you upload.
